Delete Your Account

La Cabine - Account Deletion Instructions

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. Your profile information, credits, generated images, and usage history will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We may retain a minimal hashed record used only to prevent abuse of one-time promotions.

Delete in the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the La Cabine mobile app:

Open the La Cabine app on your device
Navigate to Le Profil (the profile tab)
Scroll to the Help & Legal section
Tap on Delete Account
Read the information and confirm your decision
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

Tip: Make sure you're logged in with the account you want to delete before following these steps.

Can't Access the App?

If you can't access the La Cabine app or are experiencing technical issues, you can request account deletion via email:

Please include:

Your account email address
A clear request to delete your account

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days, as required by data protection regulations. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
